Term of service

General term

- Please send me clear reference
- I will not draw Realistic portrait, mecha, and things that i can't draw.
- Please discuss with me before using my artwork for commercial purpose.

Payment

-Payment via Paypal
-Pay 50% first, after receiving the rough sketch, pay in full.
-Paying in any other way (not agreed upon, not discussed) is automatically considered a donation.

Process

-I will update you rough sketch/base color/final

Refund

- If you wish to cancel your commission during sketching stage you will be refunded 50% payment.
- There will be NO refund for cancelling after sketching stage.

Personal| Commercial use

I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.
Therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:
Promote myself in any place or site. To display it anywhere to my liking.
Post it wherever I want.
Personal and commercial rights price tiers:
1x the price: not for commercial use, when the artwork does not earn you money (eg. profile picture, banner, collection purposes, own prints, etc.).
2x price, commercial use, when the artwork brings you any kind of profits
I do NOT allow making NFT or promoting existing or incoming ones with the use of my art in any way, shape, or form.
